The Emmanuel Fellowship was founded in 1952 and By Laws made under Special Act of the Legislature of New Brunswick, in the year of 1953. We strive to maintain and foster a sweet fellowship among all God's spirit-filled people, for the Restoration of Truth. No doubt many mistakes have been made through the years, but God has seen fit to bless those who have tried to carry on. An act to incorporate the Clergyman of the Emmanuel Fellowship Faith under the name of Emmanuel Fellowship on March 31, 1953.

Declaration of Faith

• We believe in one triune God, the Lord Jesus Chist, in whom dwells all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. (Co. 2:9)
  
• Repentance and justification by faith in His atonement and baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ for remission of sins. (Acts 2:38)
• Laying on of hands accompanied with prophecy. (Acts 13:2, 3:2, 2 Timothy 1:6)
• Baptism of the Spirit with speaking in tongues, as the Spirit gave utterance. (Acts 2:4)
• We believe in the five gift ministries (Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers), with the nine gifts of the Spirit.
  (Ephesians 4:8-11)
• And going on unto perfection (Hebrews 6:1)
• Divine healing is provided for all in the atonement.
